I am loving Gener8 right now. In four weeks of normal internet browsing i have accumulated £40 worth of tokens.
Annoyingly for the time being you can only claim a gift once a week, the most popular being Amazon (£5) and ITunes (£10) giftcards. This should change in the future once the user base increases and they sell the advertising space. Currently it is all funded by Gener8 themselves in order to grow. Hopefully then you will be able to exchange tokens for cash.
As well as the giftcards there are also bigger ticket items such as Kindles and Firesticks. You can also donate to selected charities.
A couple of hurdles to be warned about though.
- Firstly, in order to access the marketplace you must refer 2 friends and they must each earn 1 token.
- Secondly the marketplace is only open to the UK to start with. You can sign up and earn tokens in other countries but are unable to exchange them at the moment.
